Oxford Ag is an established rural contracting company located in North Canterbury. We are a family orientated business with a close-knit team of 20 full time permanent staff and another 20+ machinery operators joining us through the season. We run a variety of modern tractors and implements to cater to the demands of our customers.

Over the past 4 years, the owners have become fully committed to using regenerative farming practices. They have done significant agricultural and environmental development and are committed to continuing the development process using regenerative principles.

The station is split into four blocks: Home, Creek, Fordell and Harakeke/Marangai – ranging in topography from river flats to steep hill country. They have developed sound policies to incorporate both breeding and finishing into their overall farming system. The business also has an Australian Stock Horse stud and once a year they hold breaking-in clinics on-farm.

Waiteti Farm is an 8,000-stock unit sheep and beef finishing business on 711 effective ha. We are looking for an ambitious Senior Shepherd who is keen to support the Farm Manager to drive the productivity and profitability of Waiteti, whilst embracing farming innovation and technology.
