 Who are we?

NZ Farming is run by a team of passionate individuals based across all areas of the farming industry. NZ Farming displays a range of content to do with farming in New Zealand. We promote good working practises, wholesome lifestyle and innovation hence our slogan, Get Amongst It. 

Like you, we’re busy working around the clock to keep the farm runnin’ as well as getting your orders to you as soon as possible. Your orders are sorted and packed from the little ol’ shed here in Marlborough.
We are proud to share what we do with you, from one farmer to the other. 


 

Pre Order

If you purchase something that is part of a pre order, this means that the item is not quite ready to ship yet. We're still working on putting the final touches together, and it will be shipped when it's ready. Generally the item is shipped 2-3 weeks after pre order ends. Approximate timeframes are noted on the item page at time of purchase, however we are unable to guarantee delivery dates. These dates can change due to many unforeseen circumstances which are out of our control. They may arrive earlier than expected or be delayed.

NZ Farming Store is not liable for any delays on pre ordered items.

Once pre orders arrive, we ship within 24-48 working hours.


 

Shipping

National

We currently use NZ Couriers and Post Haste to ship orders throughout New Zealand. 
We charge flat rate shipping based on location.

  • North Island: $7.00
  • South Island: $6.50
  • Rural Delivery: $9.50
  • Small/Medium window stickers: $2.50
    These are shipped in an Envelope by NZ Post to keep things cheap and affordable. 
In order to provide you the best possible products and the best possible service, we are currently shipping all MKM products between 2-7 working days. All other orders are shipped within 2 working days unless stated otherwise. 

International

We are pleased to currently offer international shipping to the following locations.

  • Australia

  • UK/Europe

  • USA

  • Canada

International shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and speed in which you would like it delivered.

International shipments may be subject to customs and duty fees levied by your (the customer) local government and will be the customer’s responsibility. Buy purchasing through our store you agree to cover any costs incurred.

If you refuse an international shipment you will have the return shipping as well as any customs/duties/fees associated with the order removed from your refund or store credit. Should this amount exceed the entire amount of your order you will receive no money back nor any store credit.


 

Returns/ Exchanges

We do our best to describe all items clearly. If you have questions about any of the items on offer, please contact us via the contact form or by emailing sales@nzfarmingstore.com before purchasing. Where a change of mind takes place, store credit will be offered in place of a refund.

Exchange

Please notify us within 10 days of receiving your items if an exchange is needed due to wrong size ordered. Exchanges can only be offered on items in perfect condition with tags still attached. At this stage, we are unable to cover the cost of items needing to be returned due to the wrong size being ordered. To avoid this, please check out the size charts provided at time of purchase.

Faults

Please notify us as soon as possible if there is a mistake with your order or defect with the items received.
NZ Farming takes no responsibility for improper installation of window stickers.
