Shipping policy
SHIPPING
We offer fast and efficient shipping to make sure you receive your orders in a timely manner. Costs vary based on the shipping location and the weight of your order. To work out your shipping cost online simply add the items you wish to order to your cart, fill out your shipping address, then see your total and delivery cost at checkout.
International
We are pleased to currently offer international shipping to the following locations.
- Australia
- UK/Europe
- USA
- Canada
International shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and speed in which you would like it delivered.
International shipments may be subject to customs and duty fees levied by your (the customer) local government and will be the customer’s responsibility. Buy purchasing through our store you agree to cover any costs incurred.
If you refuse an international shipment you will have the return shipping as well as any customs/duties/fees associated with the order removed from your refund or store credit. Should this amount exceed the entire amount of your order you will receive no money back nor any store credit.
DELIVERY TIMES
If the items you are ordering is listed under Pre-Order, your order will not be shipped for a few weeks following payment received. These dates will be noted on our website. You will be notified via email when your order has been shipped.
Most in stock orders for delivery within New Zealand (excluding Hauraki Gulf Islands (such as Waiheke Island), Stewart Island or Chatham Island) will be shipped within 3 days. If express delivery is required pleased note in special delivery instructions or via our contact form and we’ll try our best to get this away ASAP for you.
You will be notified of shipping via our courier service and can track your order via the details provided in the shipping confirmation email.
TRACKING
Your unique tracking number will be emailed to you with your shipping confirmation.
RETURNED PARCELS
If your parcel is returned to us and efforts have been made by our courier company to contact you, then there will be a charge for reshipping your order. We will invoice you for payment to reship your product prior to shipment.
